Zipper Access Doors ('Shrink Wrap Doors')

Zipper access doors provide safe, easy access to shrink wrapped areas—while maintaining weather protection and effective containment of dust, debris, or contaminants when closed. Designed for industrial and construction use, these doors are quick & easy to install.

Available Sizes:

• 1.2m Zipper Door
• Zipped opening: 87cm high x 68cm wide
• Supplied in boxes of 8 doors
• 1.8m Zipper Door
• Zipped opening: 155cm high x 69cm wide
• Supplied in boxes of 5 doors

Product Features:

• Made from tough 300-micron LDPE film with UV inhibitor for long-term outdoor use
• Heavy-duty No.10 nylon zipper teeth to reduce the chance of zip sticking
• Two metal zipper pulls on each side (4 total) for quick and convenient access from both directions
• Reusable design – ideal for repeated site access

Installation:

1. Complete your shrink wrap cover.
2. Position the zipper door in the desired location.
3. Tape it in place using 100mm wide shrink wrap tape.
4. Unzip the door and cut away the shrink wrap behind the opening.
5. Close and seal the door for secure, weatherproof access.
