Shrink wrap sheeting for scaffolding is most commonly supplied as a 300 micron thick, flame retardant film which is white in colour.
However, it is also possible to use a clear shrink wrap film for scaffolding encapsulation and containment.
The benefit of using a clear film is that more light is allowed into the work area and the workers can be seen more clearly behind the sheeting, which can be of a benefit in high risk environments.
